One of the greatest things about being the developer of GoWebBuilder PTA website software and the founder of Connecting Parents, is that we get to see and share all the great ideas that our clients come up with during the year for building a better PTA and PTA website. It’s so important that PTAs share their experiences with other PTAs throughout the nation to help build better and stronger organizations for our children, and Connecting Parents does just that by showcasing innovative ways to use GoWebBuilder to promote fund raising events, communicate with the public and inform students and parents about school-related issues.
One of our clients, Mountain View PTA in Kansas, has done a great job on not only promoting their events, but also letting the community know how successful each event is. Their Jog-a-Thon event, which was promoted on their GoWebBuilder PTA website, raised over $9000 for their school. After the Jog-a-Thon, the Mountain View PTA updated their website to thank the community and include great pictures from the event.
